Aikido is now being taught at Southside Baptist Church on Thursday nights in the Family Life Center.
The cost is $30 for the semester which covers insurance and training materials.
If you’d like to gain flexibility, better balance and self confidence, then come check us out.😊

Had a great 1st class tonight.
Holmes Sensei and family joined us for our first class in our new Dojo.

Big thx to Mike Pridgen who made it possible for us to share his dojo with us.

Our next class is Wednesday, please come out and join us.
Classes are fun, plus you learn some vital techniques in self defense 🥋
