About last night ❤️‍🔥

Our Women’s Circle gathered to share stories, snacks and sips. Inspired by the full moon 🌕 and Leo season ♌️ we meditated on Courage (inspired by ), journaled and did a sharing circle.

I am always blown away by the amazing women in our community. Every one of them is phenomenal. Strong. Inspiring. But best of all, warm and friendly.

the hottest not-hot studio on Long Island. 💜

for Carol, “not hot” wasn’t a preference. it was the difference between trying yoga again and giving up on it. she came to us nervous, carrying an autoimmune condition and a lot of questions, and what she found here surprised her.

we’ll let her tell it. (swipe through, it’s worth it. 😊)
