Don’t swim year round, but want to be ready to represent your summer team at your best?

No matter what team colors you’re repping, we would love to help your swimmer start the season strong this Summer by participating in our summer swim conditioning program starting this Monday, April 13th.

Practices for the Summer Conditioning Program run from 7 to 8 pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from April 13 to May 21- just in time for practices outside to start up!

Other practices for year round swim are also available- for more info follow the link in our bio!

Wondering about Parent/Child Swim Lessons?

Our class will be taught by Coach Jesse, who’s been teaching swim lessons since 2018 and her 5 month old, who is our awesome example baby.

Some skills we focus on:
• Safe Entry/Exit
• Asking permission before getting in the water
• Teaching parents how to teach their child the following skills:
• Back/Front Float
• Back and Front Tow
• Kicking
• Associating arm movement with forward motion
• Blowing bubbles and/or getting comfortable with our face getting wet
• Some environmental tips for parents as well
• Engaging learning through play with songs, toys, and group interaction as well as one on one check ins throughout and before classes
