The Cyclones 2026 7's season wrapped up at Murra Mayhem!

We went 2-2 on the day and it was great to see all of the progress we've made over the course of the season!

Player of the day: Alyssa, for making an immediate impact on the pitch with her powerful defense. Alyssa consistently supported on offense and defense throughout every match, and showed up with determination!

We can't wait to kick off 15s this fall 🌪️

Help us welcome our newest Cyclone, from Central Springs Rugby, a multi-sport athlete bringing immense grit to lowa State Women's Rugby!

Charlene has been a 4x varsity rugby and wrestling winner, received 3x all-conference in wrestling, and is an academic All American-she's ready to bring passion, determination, and her energy to the pitch.

Majoring in psychology, Charlene says she loves to work out, hangout with friends and family, and spend time with the Lord!

She is looking forward to this fall and says "play great rugby with a team that'll challenge me while allowing me to still have fun!"

This past weekend, your Cyclones traveled to Minnesota and went 2-2. Thank you to all the family and friends who came out!

Player of the Day: Jackie!!! Jackie did a fantastic job controlling the field and made game-changing plays on offense!

Help us welcome our newest Cyclone, a fly half from Central Springs Rugby, bringing serious passion and energy to lowa State Women's Rugby!

Zaila has received first-team all-state awards as a ho**er and an honorable mention award in softball-she's ready to bring passion, determination, and her work ethic to the pitch.

Majoring in veterinary science or animal science, and loves to show cattle, go hunting, camping, and coloring!

She is looking forward to this fall and says she's excited to “continue to do what | love, be a part of an elite program, and the atmosphere that the sport provides!"
