Ames Splash Pad This is information central for the Ames Splash Pad! Admission is free! Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Every Day All in all it cost the town around $100,000!

The Town of Ames residents contributed more than $50,000 dollars to make this project happen! We're so excited to have it up and running and in use nearly every day! We're always accepting tax-deductible donations, with which we plan to add restrooms and continue to add new water feature to the pad itself. You can make tax-deductable donations directly to the Ames Splash Pad by mailing your check to:

The Ames Splashpad was built and dedicated in the summer of 2014. It is 12 years old!!!! and still being enjoyed by Ames & our neighboring towns!
It has been a great success!

The Ames splash pad is located from the Ames Korner store at the corner of Frisco and Maine; one block north and one block west you’ll see it there on the left hand side of the street along with the colorful playground equipment. Have fun splashing and keeping cool!!💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦💦

The Splash Pad is splashing & Splishing. Time to get wet!!!!!

The Ames Splash Pad maintenance mermen will begin preparations this weekend to get it ready to open. Don’t get your Speedo on yet. Baring any unforeseen problems we hope to be open by Memorial Weekend! You can call the Ames City office next week to find out when. 753-4624

Hey, all you mermaids & scuba divers; the Ames Splash Pad will be put on line sometime next week for another summer of fun splish splashing, all day long!
