They have designed, incorporated and tested a high level martial arts training system utilized in class so that one can truly master the fine art of martial arts, taekwondo, and karate for men. Women are looking to break away from the traditional workouts that become boring and repetitive in nature. Women want a healthy way to stay fit that isn't the same daily routine. Repeating the same bike ride, run, gym workout everyday can contribute to a loss of motivation with ones will power.
