In the end of 2019 beginning 2020 I was slowly starting to fall off my glute training but was keeping it up enough where I didn’t see a decline then the whole COVID thing hit and everything closed down I really let my glute training slip 😕 I decided that I was going to get back to my glute training only to be quarantine with COVID 😂 now that I’m quarantine free here’s to the next 12 weeks of b***y gains😍 Boy oh boy have I been slacking 😐
