💙🏆 **The 2026 Greg Calvelo Volunteer Award — Bill & Susan Quan** 🏆💙

Every year we honor an extraordinary volunteer with the **Greg Calvelo Award** — named after an incredible parent who embodied true team spirit through his selfless volunteering, infectious positive energy, and unwavering dedication to our swimmers and families. Greg set the bar high, and every year we find someone who rises to meet it.

This year, we are so honored to present the award to **Bill & Susan Quan** — or as so many of us know and love them — **Mama & Papa Quan.** 🍧🥹

You know them. You love them. They are the shaved ice grandparents who show up to **every single meet**, set up their station, and spend their day bringing smiles and sweet treats to every swimmer who walks by. And when it's all said and done? They donate every single dollar back to AHI — without hesitation and without asking for anything in return. 💙

The fact that they choose to spend their retirement pouring love into our team and our kids means more than words can express. They are the heart and soul of what AHI community is all about.

What an absolutely incredible season it has been! 🐟💙
We celebrated in style at our End of Season Awards Party— nacho bar on point, awards flowing, and so much love in the air!

This season was one for the books. Our team grew in the biggest ways — more swimmers, more heart, more County qualifiers than ever before, and memories that will last a lifetime. 🌊

None of this would be possible without our amazing coaches, dedicated board members, and the most supportive swim families around. Thank you for showing up every single day and making AHI what it is. We are so grateful for this community! 🙏💙
