One thing I’ve always believed is that wrestlers improve the most when they’re getting coached; not sitting against a wall waiting for their turn.
That’s why we’ve built our room around small group training.
Our average coach-to-athlete ratio stays around 6:1 for Youth and 4:1 for Middle & High School wrestlers. That means more reps, more feedback, and more opportunities to fix mistakes before they become habits.
When your athlete steps on the mat, they’re going to be seen, coached, and challenged.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to help develop wrestlers at the youth, middle school, and varsity levels, including:
🏅 Multiple State Qualifiers
🏅 Southwest Regional Finalists & Medalists
🏅 Frazier Middle School State Medalists
🏅 SJWA’s First Female State Medalist
🏅 Zoey Murphy – 2x PIAA State Finalist, 2x WPIAL/Regional Champion, and UPJ Commit
Most importantly, we’ve helped kids build confidence, improve their skills, and learn what it takes to compete at a higher level.
Don’t take my word for it:
“His military background shows in his structure and respect. His knowledge of the sport as well as his ability to teach goes unmatched.”
“He would go out of his way to help, physically meeting for extra practices before big meets. That’s what great leaders do.”
“The offseason training helped them grow and perfect their moves. He brings enthusiasm, hard work, structure, and organization.”
Because we keep our groups small, we do have to cap enrollment. Once the room is full, it’s full.
If you’re looking for a place where your wrestler will get individual attention and quality instruction this offseason, we’d love to have you join us.
