Taekwon-Do is the Korean martial art of unarmed combat designed by General Choi Hong Hi in 1955 for the purpose of self-defense. Over the years it has grown into one of the most popular martial arts for self-defense, personal development and sport. Taekwon-Do is often recommended as a method of helping children and adults with short attention spans or low self-esteem. Structured curriculum helps s
