Ultimate In Altoona - UIA Ultimate (aka Frisbee) league starting back up spring of 2015 Of the members, 1 will be assigned captain and 1 assistant.

Rules and description:

Teams:
Team must consist of 7 and may not have more than 10 players. These roles will be to pick dates for matches each week. Matches:
Matches must either be 5 on 5, 6 on 6, or 7 on 7 which will be decided by the number of teammates the team with less people have. If the other team or both have more players than that start playing, the others may

be sub in according to regulations. For some reason your team is unable to provide 5 players, your team will forfeit the game for the week unless decided different by the chairman of the league. Matches will be decided by the chairmen of the league by who faces who each week. May be subject to change in order to help with player's schedules. Play times will be picked by captains or assistants of the two teams facing that week.
