I’m so excited to offer upcoming GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Pre-Trainings for those who want to immerse themselves in the foundational material and refine their movement practice.
This course is designed for dedicated students and future teachers who want to build a strong base in the GYROTONIC® Method while developing a deeper connection to the body through mindful, intelligent movement. We will explore the material with attention to detail, curiosity, and care.
I have been teaching GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® exercise for many years and conducting GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® pre-trainings through SOURCE STUDIO and other institutions. I am so excited to share my love of this movement system with you!
