Happy Wednesday y’all!

It’s lap day…as long as the weather cooperates, we will meet at 6pm in the parking lot in front of Harborside Cycle.

If you’re new to DARC, lap day is a great day to run/walk with us! We run the 1.1 mile loop around the river for about 45 minutes, and participants can pick your own pace for your own adventure, AND see your pals each lap!

Be sure to check in for updates before leaving today! If the weather is not in our favor, we will make the call by 5:30pm.

Happy Wednesday! See y’all at 6pm at the parking lot in front of Harborside Cycle. Come hydrated as it is 75 and HUMID out!

This week Sarah’s group (9:30ish mile pace) will be doing the 4 mile loop up Chisholm and back along the river.

Alex’s group (11ish min mile pace) will be running around the river for a 2.5ish mile loop.

Levi will be resting his legs for his Ironman 70.3, so we will not have a speed racer group today unless anyone wants to lead their own!

As a reminder, this is a volunteer led run group. Please consult a physician before participating if you have any health concerns. Participation is at your own risk.

Looking for more opportunities to run? We meet every Wednesday at 6pm in the same parking lot we kicked off the race in for run club. Next weekend is the Run For Your Heart 5k, which is an opportunity to run 3.1 miles for a great cause.

We will be posting full results and sharing photos within the week, so be on the lookout! We will also be in contact with those who did not receive a shirt on race day.
