Strava still didn't record everything. Total time was 1:23:23 and the total miles was 8.0 according to my stop watch and Google maps. Lots of rain and lots of wind, but have to keep putting in the miles but never stopped moving. Change jacket and dryfit shirt back and forth, but never stopped moving.

Swimming is the weakest area of skill for a triathlon, so tonight I'd thought about just going slower than usual and going for distance instead of drills. Got into the rhythm and felt great, until I stepped out. Them abs got a beating, but it felt good.

Hey Guys, I'm starting this page because I'm going to be participating in the Mighty Moraine Olympic Triathlon taking place on Sept 8. This will be my first Triathlon and my level of excitement is through the roof. It will be a tough journey and training will be pushing me to my limits. I am going to enjoy sharing this journey with you and giving updates all the way up to race day.
