North Polk Athletic Booster Club The North Polk Athletic Booster Club supports athletics and facilities at North Polk High School in Alleman, Iowa.

The North Polk Booster Club consists of community volunteers who work to support the needs of our students' achievement in their extra-curricular activities for the North Polk School District. Through financial support, scholarships, and organization of athletic competitions, the North Polk Athletic Booster Club contributes to an environment that inspires student/athletes, coaches, parents, and th

e community to collectively create a positive and spirited atmosphere for our athletic programs. We desire to strengthen our athletic programs in an effort to maximize opportunities for our North Polk student/athletes to build character, self-confidence, self-respect, and leadership skills through athletic competition.

Comet fans, to finish up the 2026 baseball season, an online store is now open with some final gear to remember the season! There are items honoring the 4th consecutive RRC title and items honoring the Cardiac Comets. There are both adult and youth options available. The store will be open until Sunday, September 13th at midnight, so get your orders in now!

The JV2 team is headed to Perry High School for a Quadrangular. They will play Perry at 4:30 pm, Des Moines Christian at 5:30 pm, and Nevada at 6:30 pm.

The boys and girls cross country teams are on the road to Bondurant today for the Bondurant-Farrar Cross Country Invitational! Bondurant-Farrar, Boone, Carlisle, Clear Lake, and Winterset will also be running today. The girls will run first, at 6:30 pm, followed by the boys race at 7:10 pm. The race will be held behind Bondurant-Farrar Intermediate School.

We're excited to cheer on our North Polk girls who are hitting the pool with the Ankeny swim team this season! Best of luck to Edie Mensching, Hayden Ocheltree, Alexis Hergenreter, and Lainey Higgins as they head into their season opener tonight against Waukee Northwest!
