My son, Aitan Kalika, turns 4 years old.
In this video, I did 4 pull-ups—one for each year of his life. My hope is to keep adding one pull-up every birthday for as many years as I can. Not to prove strength, but to remind myself to stay healthy and strong enough to enjoy every stage of his journey.
My wish for Aitan is simple: may he live a long, happy, and meaningful life, help others, and always stay true to himself. And may he always be surrounded by love, especially by a happy mother who loves him dearly.

Happy Birthday, my son. Watching you grow is one of the greatest blessing of my life. ❤️

In wrestling, some positions are mutually exclusive.

If your opponent controls your arm with a strong two-on-one, you cannot effectively attack with that same arm until you clear the control.

Understanding what positions can and cannot coexist is part of my coaching philosophy. Details matter. Great wrestling is built on understanding positions, control, and timing.
