The past two weekends have been super busy. I didn’t have the performance I wanted at the Backyard Brawl. The mat doesn’t have feelings and will expose you if you aren’t prepared. I wasn’t ready….The past week consisted of 4:30 AM alarm clocks, gym, recover, rolling midday, club practice in the evenings. I finally felt smooth again yesterday during my last match! 6-1 at Deep South, All American, to close out my Middle School Days! The last one was at home in Alabama!
