7 hours on an operating table changed my life 12/01/2025 .

Lower back fusion surgery. Screws. Rods. Pain that words will never fully explain.

For 3 weeks, I spent most of my time lying in bed wondering if I would ever feel like myself again.
I went from being an IFBB Wellness Pro athlete to relearning how to walk, breathe, stand, and move without pain.

My first workouts were not heavy lifts. They were breathing exercises. Short walks. Tiny movements. Small victories nobody sees online.

There were days I felt broken. Days I felt weak. Days I questioned everything.

But I refused to let surgery define the rest of my life.
So I kept going.
