Birdie Buddies Golf - DFW Metroplex

Last Saturday, we had the opportunity to be part of the Aledo City Limit event for the very first time, and what an incredible experience it was.

A huge thank you to Aledo Music Academy for organizing such a special event, to my amazing and talented wife, Sharlotte Bouniol of GB Graphix, for all of the branding, design work, and creativity that helped bring a cool vibe to this event, and to the The District at Willow Parkfor providing an outstanding venue that allows events like this to happen.

What struck me most throughout the day was that this event was truly built for kids and designed to benefit kids.

I was amazed by the courage of the young performers who stepped onto a stage and shared their talents in front of a crowd. That takes guts. The confidence and belief they gain from experiences like that can stay with them for the rest of their lives.

It's not easy to be the man or woman in the arena. Learning to face challenges, take risks, and put yourself out there is a skill worth developing at a young age.

It was also exciting and humbling to represent Birdie Buddies and see so many children stop by our booth to give golf a try.

We loved meeting so many wonderful parents and kids from our community, while also getting to see some of our current Birdie Buddies golfers stop by and say hello. Seeing familiar faces and making new connections reminded me just how awesome this community is.

As Birdie Buddies continues to grow, we're excited to expand through community programs and neighborhood parks. Our mission remains the same: introduce as many children as possible to the game of a lifetime and help them fall in love with it.

If you'd like to see Birdie Buddies offered at your child's school, daycare or Neighborhood Park don't hesitate to mention us to your Director or contact us. Parent referrals have played a huge role in our growth, and we truly appreciate every recommendation.

At Birdie Buddies, every class starts with the fundamentals. We practice our technique and building the right movement patterns the right way.

Then we finish class with our favorite part… CHAMPIONSHIP TIME 🏆
Sometimes it’s Boys vs Girls. Sometimes individual challenges. Always high energy, big smiles, and cool prizes on the line!

These little competitions teach so much more than golf:
Focus. Perseverance. Confidence. Sportsmanship.

And the best part? Win or lose, these kids absolutely LOVE to compete.

What a way to wrap up our first year at All Saints' Episcopal School

So proud of the progress these kids made! From first swings to some seriously impressive shots, but more importantly, the confidence they built along the way.

The smiles, the focus, the willingness to try something new, the perseverance… that’s what stood out most.

Grateful for the families who trusted us and for the opportunity to introduce and coach golf in such a special community.

The medals with Dimples were definitely a hit 🙂

Next semester, we’ll be opening a K–2 class so current Birdie Buddies moving up can keep swinging and we can introduce even more kids to the game of a lifetime.

Excited for what’s ahead at All Saints’. 🏌️‍♂️

First semester at Trinity Valley School in the books!

I’m so impressed by the focus and improvement these kids showed but the absolute highlight? The Birdie Buddies medals! They were a total hit and the perfect way to celebrate a great season together.

Huge thanks to the TVS families for trusting us with your kids’ golf instruction. We love being part of the Trojan community.

We are so excited !!

⛳️✨ We are beyond excited to announce that Birdie Buddies Golf - DFW Metroplex is coming to Aledo Montessori School as one of our special summer session add-on experiences! ✨⛳️

This is going to be such a FUN and unique opportunity for our students during our summer program! Birdie Buddies brings an incredible hands-on golf experience right to our campus with an amazing setup that keeps kids engaged, active, and excited to learn.

Coach Cyril does an incredible job introducing golf in a way that is perfect for young children through movement, games, skill-building, and confidence-boosting activities. Students will be building coordination, focus, listening skills, patience, and sportsmanship all while having an absolute blast! 🏌️‍♂️💚

This special week is offered as an add-on experience for students enrolled in our summer session, making it such a fun extra for families who want to give their child an exciting and memorable summer at school.

We truly cannot wait to see our students tee it up this July! Spots for this add-on are limited! 💚
