First meet of the season in the books. Very proud of the efforts tonight! Girls placed third behind a very tough Pekin and Twin Cedars team. Boys win the Invitational by 23 Point. Great job to all! Next stop... Wayne of Corydon HS). Junior high boys place runner-up with the jr. High girls taking the title and 9 of the top 13 finishers. Next stop for the jr high-Davis Co on the 12th.

We had a great time at Black Hills State University. We were able to take in some sights prior to getting there, the Corn Palace, the Badlands, Mount Rushmore. The coaches and staff put on an amazing Camp. Great runs on the Mickelson Trail, through Spearfish, and on some Back 40 roads. It is a great way to kick off our season!

Congratulations to the four individual state qualifiers tonight! Sherryl Mae Rowe (6th) for the females. Landon(2nd) Brock (3rd) and Dawson (13) for the males! Huge shout out to both squads, girls and boys for qualifying as a team! The fever is real. Go big blue!

What a great week! We were able to take another 4 race sweep at the Eddyville Rockets invite, see Sherryl break 21 minutes, Landon 17 minutes, as well as have 10 guys under the 20 minute mark. Historical day for the program. Way to BLUE.

Another great night for the program. Lady Dees runner-up at the 15 team meet in Chariton. The boys were able to take the championship beating a very tough Davis County team, along with ranked Des Moines Christian. Junior High boys first as well Junior High girls runner-up. Great night, big blue!

It was a good night for Albia cross-country at East Lake Park in Osceola. The boys varsity was runner-up with Landon Noe, Brock Ratliff, and Dawson Bonnett, and CJ Ratliff all in the top 15. (13 teams)
The lady dees took yet another team title with a win over second place Davis County. Sherryl Mae Rowe was third, Becca Pistek, Allison Major, and Sara Pistek all top 15.
Jr high swept the boys and girls meet as well. Way to go, Big Blue!
