What an exciting time to be a Beta! 🎉

Yesterday we had 65 students come to our first Jr. Beta Club meeting of the year!

Our club is growing and we are ready to serve our community and develop our leadership skills this school year!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! 🎉

Today high school Beta Club members showed our gratitude to the wonderful teachers at CCHS by hosting a “Dirty Soda Bar” 🍋‍🟩🍒 

Teachers were able to select a drink from our premade menu, or create their own. Just a small token of thanks for all the hard work you do each and every day!

CCHS Beta Club hosted our first induction ceremony yesterday. This is a time where we recognize the Beta Club members for their high academics and commitment to community service. Sarah Wilson-Browning, winner of the Albany Chamber of Commerce Volunteer Award, was our guest speaker and spoke about the importance of volunteering and serving the community. Thanks to everyone who attended to make this a special day!

A huge thank you to all CCMS Jr. Beta Club members, chaperones, and parents who attended the state convention! We had a fantastic time networking with other Beta club members, viewing competitions, trading club pins, and participating in the statewide service project. Our school was very well represented!

Congratulations to Reagan Guffey for replacing 3rd in her solo piano performance and Sawyer Tallent for replacing 5th in the hand drawn anime visual arts competition.

Can’t wait till next year‘s convention!
