🏀 Welcome Shemarion Hardy to Albany State Men's Basketball! 🐏
The Golden Rams are excited to welcome Shemarion Hardy, a 6'1 point guard from Cleveland, Ohio, to Albany State Men's Basketball.
Shemarion brings experience, leadership, scoring ability, and a true point guard mentality to Ram Nation. Over two seasons, he proved he can both create offense for himself and consistently put his teammates in position to succeed.
As a sophomore, Shemarion averaged 12.4 points, 6.5 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.5 steals per game while posting an impressive 2.2 assist-to-turnover ratio. He finished the season with 162 assists, showing his ability to control the pace, make the right reads, and create opportunities for others.
His freshman season was just as productive, averaging 14.6 points, 5.2 assists, and 4.2 rebounds per game while maintaining a 2.3 assist-to-turnover ratio.
Across his two collegiate seasons, Shemarion totaled 617 points, 272 assists, 195 rebounds, and 74 steals. His combination of playmaking, toughness, and defensive activity gives the Golden Rams another experienced guard capable of impacting the game on both ends of the floor.
At 6'1", Shemarion plays with confidence and understands how to run a team. Whether he's creating for teammates, attacking the defense, pushing the tempo, or applying pressure defensively, he brings a competitive edge and leadership you want from the point guard position.

Welcome Jameen "JJ" Moore to Albany State Men's Basketball!
The Golden Rams are excited to welcome Jameen "JJ" Moore, a 5'10 point guard from Gastonia, North Carolina, to Albany State Men's Basketball.
JJ arrives in Albany as one of the premier floor generals in junior college basketball. A proven leader with the ball in his hands, he combines elite playmaking, scoring ability, and relentless competitiveness to elevate everyone around him.
Last season, JJ averaged 15.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game, while shooting over 42% from the field and 82% from the free throw line. His ability to control the pace, create for teammates, and score when needed makes him one of the most complete point guards in the region.
Throughout his junior college career, JJ totaled 680 points, 316 assists, 280 rebounds, and 98 steals, showcasing his all-around impact on both ends of the floor. Whether he's pushing the tempo, creating open looks, knocking down big shots, or locking up defensively, JJ plays with a toughness and confidence that sets the tone for his team.
His leadership, basketball IQ, and winning mentality make him a perfect fit for the culture we're building at Albany State.

Yesterday's Albany State Men's Basketball Elite Camp was a huge success! 🐏🏀
The gym was electric—filled with energy, competition, and an incredible amount of talent. We want to sincerely thank every player who came out to compete, every parent and supporter who attended, and everyone who helped make the day such a success.
A special thank you to all of the Albany State coaches, administrators, faculty, and staff who came out to support our program. Your presence and encouragement meant a great deal and helped make the experience even more special.
We truly appreciate everyone who invested their time in making this camp a success. We look forward to hosting our next camp and hope to see all of you back in the gym soon!
