Now, we’re finally starting on one of our timber holes. I can’t say the name because it’s named after a previous owner, but it holds a special place in our hearts. It’s situated right in the middle of our flooded timber, and its the second largest timber hole we have. The hole is surrounded by multiple cypress and oak trees, and it’s the first one you encounter when you ride down the old river into our timber. This hole serves as a roosting habitat for many ducks who feast on the smart w**d in these woods and the acorns from the oak trees. When the water rises, this place puts on a hell if a show!
