💗We have teamed up once again with for their annual fundraiser for Breast Cancer Research

💗We will be hosting a donation based class on Oct 16th at 5:45pm with to raise money for The BCRF.

💗Every donation over $25 will be entered to win a swag bag from TIEM including a new pair of the triple pink shoes, a TIEM hoodie, a pair of TIEM socks, a TIEM bag and a TIEM water bottle.

💗Join us for a fun class followed by pink bubbly to help raise money for the cause!

💗Can’t make it but still want to donate and be entered into the drawing for the swat bag? You can Venmo with “HSV” in the memo! 100% of donations will go straight to BCRF.

Here is our *oh so friendly* reminder that at THREE15 the resistance! is! your! friend!!

Every successful rider has a strong foundation and every foundation starts in finding that beat. Form comes first always, but with the form, you find the beat… and proper resistance is proper form!

Whether we’re in a climb, four-corner, push-up, or double… listen to your body and find the beat - sailing past it? Add more. Can’t quite catch it? Take a hair off (…but only a hair😜)

You want to feel strong in the stomp of the beat. Part of building your foundation is allowing your body to chase the beat through the proper resistance that allows the total body work, trusting your strength, your core, and YOUR foundation…

Plus, those hands can only safely come off those handlebars when you have a strong foundation! Add your resistance!
