Akron Camogie Camogie is the women's equivalent of hurling; the national sport of Ireland.

It is a field sport played with a wooden stick (hurl) and a ball (sliotar).

Throwback to Midwest GAA Finals in July! From the throw in to the post-match hurl arch--we had an amazing time in Rochester. We started forming this team in August of 2025 with 5 players and registered 18 players for the 2026 season. We look forward to growing this game here in the Greater Akron area. Up the Guards!
