Let’s chat about what a good workout routine for a horse could look like🐴💕

There are many different approaches that one could take, but the most important thing is to have a happy and healthy horse🤩 So how would one accomplish that?

Having a structure and routine are essential in this but, also being mindful of what your horse is currently capable of vs where you want them to be. Goals are important and having short and long term goals will help with both aspects! 🐴🤩

Fun fact, my first clinic in the states was here in GA and I’ve loved coming back every couple months to teach this group 🤩
