In the second half of life, fiber isn’t just about digestion — it’s about superpowers. 💪

✅ Blood Sugar Boss → Fiber slows how sugar hits your bloodstream. Less spike = fewer crashes, fewer cravings, steadier moods (bye-bye, 3 p.m. slump).

🔥 Digestive Fire (Agni) → Raw veggies aren’t always better. As digestion naturally cools with age, cooked or lightly warmed veggies are often easier to absorb and gentler on the gut.

One favorite tool was the “stress meter” — a quick way to check in with yourself and recognize when it’s time to pause, breathe, and reset.
