MS and HS Trojan Families - parents of athletes 7th through 12th grade please be sure to log into Final Forms and verify/update your information. Also be sure to select the sports your child is interested in participating in.

Incoming 6th grade parents if your child is planning on participating in cross-country, wrestling, or track you will need to create a Final Forms account and add your sixth grade. The Sports listed above our MHSAA Sports, which will require them to fill out all of the required paperwork and have a physical on file to participate.
