Another one brought back to life! 🥎🔥

This 12.5” Easton Baseball US125B came in looking like it had definitely put in some innings. After a little Laced Up treatment, it’s cleaned up, conditioned, tightened up, and ready to get back on the field.

This 33.5” All-Star Sporting Goods Pro Elite CM3000SBK catcher’s mitt came in with two broken laces, but once I started taking it apart, I found a bigger problem hiding underneath — mold under several sections of the lacing and quite a few more laces that weren’t far from breaking.

This one got the full treatment:

⚾ Cleaned & conditioned with Sarna Sports
⚾ Fully relaced with Flatbill Sports black lace
⚾ Mold cleaned out from underneath the lacing
⚾ Beautiful Japanese-tanned leather cleaned up and protected for many more innings

That Japanese-tanned leather is one of the things that makes these Pro Elite mitts so nice. With proper care, there’s no reason to give up on leather like this just because the lace starts showing its age.

Quick glove-care reminder: Clean and condition your glove at least twice a year. Dirt, sweat, moisture, and neglect can dry out the leather and create the perfect environment for problems like this. A little maintenance goes a long way toward extending the life of a good glove.

This Wilson Baseball / Softball A2000 DP15 came into Laced Up needing some serious attention, and that maize yellow lace absolutely brought it back. 🔥⚾

✅Deep cleaned & conditioned using Sarna Sports
✅ Old palm adhesive removed and replaced with fresh palm adhesive from The Glove Lab
✅ Full relace using Flatbill Sports Maize Yellow leather lace
✅ Reassembled and shaped to get it ready for the field

That black/gray leather + maize yellow lace is a killer combination. The fresh lace didn't just tighten everything back up—it completely changed the look of this glove.

⚾️ Back to life with a timeless classic.

This 11.5" Rawlings Wingtip Reggie Jackson came into Laced Up needing a little attention, and now it's ready for many more innings.

✅ Fully relaced with premium Flatbill Sports Indian Tan lace

One of my favorite parts of this restoration was seeing how the leather responded to the Sarna Sports conditioner. It brought the leather back to life, giving it a rich, healthy look while helping restore the feel that makes these vintage Rawlings gloves so special.

The fresh Indian Tan laces finish it off with a clean, classic look that's ready for the next ballgame.

⚡️BRIGHTER. BOLDER. BETTER. ⚡️

This 11.5” 44 Pro Japan Select came into the shop ready for a complete makeover, and I don’t think it could’ve turned out much better.

✅ Work completed:

✅ Dyed to an even brighter yellow
✅ Added fresh palm adhesive from The Glove Lab
✅ Fully relaced with bright yellow lace from Flatbill Sports
✅ Built my first custom solid web with a built-in top loader—something I’ve been wanting to try, and I’m thrilled with how it came together.

When a glove is this bright, there was only one sports card that belonged in the web…

This 12.75" Nokona Buffalo Combo BC-12.75 outfield glove came in needing some attention and a complete refresh.

✅ Cleaned & conditioned with Sarna Sports
✅ New pocket adhesive from The Glove Lab
✅ Removed approximately half of the oversized heel padding to improve feel and glove control
✅ Lced with Flatbill Sports Indian Tan lace

One challenge with this glove was the significant oil staining caused by using oils that darken and add weight. While I was able to clean and improve the overall appearance, some of the staining had permanently darkened portions of the leather and couldn't be completely removed.

The fresh Indian Tan lace paired perfectly with the Buffalo Combo leather and added a pop of color throughout the glove, especially in the palm, making the darker areas from oil staining far less noticeable while still maintaining that classic Nokona look.

This 13" Vinci Baseball JBG Exclusive JBV-OB First Base Mitt came in needing much more than just new laces.

✅ Repaired and sewed in several patches and a new finger stall
✅ Laced with Flatbill Sports red lace, thumb and pinky loops

The much-needed conditioning helped restore the look and feel of this mitt, bringing the leather back to life and giving it a refreshed, game-ready feel.
