One of our coaches - Wilson Rwamugabo - successfully completed a 'CAF D' football COACHING DIPLOMA.

The desire to understand the game more & help others play it better ..., thank you FUFA & CAF.

Uganda has very knowledgeable people about football, & Mr. Livingstone Kyambadde & Mr. Jimmy Kintu are some of them.

Back from School & Ready for Holiday Trainings

Majority of players have this week returned from schools and Western Giants Football Academy is set for May 2023 Holidays Trainings

This holiday is special because our players are fresh from USSSA/ secondary schools ⚽ championship. We start from where we stopped 3 months ago ( late January 2023), and this time, it will be BIGGER and BETTER

Western Giants Second Edition of Holiday Training

Hello friends, fans, followers and the public,

Greetings from Western Giants Soccer Academy! We are back for our 2nd Edition of our and it will be bigger and better

Our players participated in the on-going USSSA (Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association) competitions and most of them will be back from school as the first academic term of 2023 ends next week.

Next Plans;
- Management committee meeting - Saturday April 22nd, 2023
- Technical staff/ Coaches meeting - Sunday April 24rd, 2023
- Orientation/refresher trainings for Coaches - April 24th - 29th, 2023
- April 30th, 2023 meeting with players
- May 1st, 2023, Holiday Training starts

End of Holiday Training Program

Our boys ended the December 2022 - January 2023 holiday training with a beautiful match.

We wished well for boys who are going back to school, and made a training program for those we are staying with.

It's been a great experience in the last 2 months!
