Bright Stars Deaf Football Club - The knights. Dear Fans, Players & Admirers, Welcome to the official page of Bright Stars Deaf Football Club. Bright Stars previously lost NDC twice, and CDL twice.

Our mission is to inspire talents, foster a sense of belonging & create opportunities for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals to shine in football and beyond. Bright stars Deaf Football Club is a professional club for the deaf persons that was founded in 2010. The Wakiso Secondary School for the Deaf football team emerged from being little to known and has risen to the ranks, and now moving fowar

ds to its mission of exposing talents of young deaf persons to the world of opportunities. BSDFC is part of the National Deaf Holiday challenge cup, Central Deaf League, and Disability para-sports gala soccer tournament organized by Uganda Deaf Football Association and Kampala capital City Authority Disability sports programme. Bright Stars has won 7 major trophies (3 NDC, 1 CDL, 1 FOCup, & 2 KCCA Cup). The Knights are aiming at becoming the every time champions and an exposure ground for deaf football talents. WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!!! 🏆💥

We are thrilled to announce that Bright Stars Deaf Football Club has emerged victorious in the National Deaf Holiday Challenge Cup 2025! 🌟 Organized by the Uganda Deaf Football Association (UDFA), the tournament took place in Mbale District from May 21st to 25th, 2025.

This is our 4th trophy, and we are grateful for the support that made it possible! 🙏 Huge thanks to our amazing partners, Sheppey United Football Club, for their unwavering support and for gifting us our fantastic new football kits! 👕👖

Special thanks to Ssewagudde Robert for generously supporting us with transport and meals throughout the tournament. Your leadership and kindness are truly appreciated! 🙌 We're also looking forward to your success in the 2026 Member of Parliament seat elections! 🗳

And to our incredible fans, players, and well-wishers, thank you for your patience and loyalty. Your support means the world to us, especially after facing setbacks in previous finals and semi-finals. We are proud to represent the Deaf community and can't wait to celebrate with you! 🎉
