Happy St. Patrick’s Day 2026! ☘️✨

We celebrated in style today, looking back on the moments when Irish Ambassador Mags Gaynor had taken to the court to show us exactly how handball was done! 🤾‍♀️🔥

But the real MVP of the day? The launch of our new Gender Empowerment Through Sports program! Our mixed-relay handball teams are officially leading the charge for inclusivity and empowerment on and off the field.

Stay tuned—we’re just getting started! 🚀

Unity’s getting both the left and right serves locked in — because this July in Waterford, she’s not just representing Simba Wolfhounds… she’s representing an entire continent. 🌍🔥

The only female player from an African GAA club at the World GAA Games. Let’s go, Unity! 💪🇺🇬🏐

A special moment for our players — getting to wear the new Simba Wolfhounds jerseys for the very first time.

Huge thanks to McKeever Sports for sponsoring the jerseys and supporting our work in Uganda. Your backing helps provide children with access to sport, builds confidence, and strengthens communities through teamwork and pride.

Moments like this remind us why sport matters — not just for the game, but for the opportunities it creates both on and off the pitch. 💚🏐🐺

A fantastic day in Adra yesterday! Between skill-sharing and fun matches, we celebrated the first of many games between Adra Handball Club and Simba Wolfhounds. A huge thank you to Martin and Eilish from Texas A&M/ moycullen handball for supporting the construction of the handball alley at Adraa Agricultural College.

Let’s keep growing handball in Uganda!
