Bowling is a sport in which you need to knock down pins, which are specially installed at the end of the lane, with the least number of balls.
This game is played both indoors and outdoors. The most popular is the 10-pin variety. Each game consists of 10 frames (1 frame contains 2 throws). Bowling has its own terminology - strike (knocking down all the pins on the first throw), spare (knocking down all the pins in 2 throws) and others. The maximum possible number of points for the entire game is 300. The ball for the game is usually made of polyester or polyurethane. Of course, there are rental balls, but professionals are used to using individual ones, in which not only are the holes made exactly for the owner's fingers, but sometimes a system of an offset center of gravity is used. Pins are usually made of plastic and have wooden inserts inside.
