本賽季,團隊針對「碳纖維座椅」與「尾翼端板」進行了深度優化,座椅挑戰在極致輕量化的同時,也能夠為車手提供最穩固的支撐與清晰的動態回饋,而尾翼端板則透過分析軟體設計出最佳化翼型,並充分利用碳纖維的高剛性優勢,在高速行駛下有效抑制渦流,大幅提升整體下壓力。

[Development Log v01] Carbon Fiber Seat & Rear Wing Endplates
In race car development, lightweight design and aerodynamics are the crucial metrics that dictate performance. In our relentless pursuit of the ultimate limits, high-strength carbon fiber composites serve as the key puzzle piece to pushing beyond physical boundaries.
This season, the team has carried out in-depth optimization on both our carbon fiber seat and rear wing endplates. While pushing the limits of weight reduction, the seat provides the driver with unwavering support and precise dynamic feedback. Meanwhile, the rear wing endplates feature an optimized aero profile designed via advanced simulation software. By fully utilizing the high rigidity of carbon fiber, they effectively suppress wingtip vortices at high speeds, significantly increasing overall downforce.
High-quality carbon fiber aero components are never just about aggressive aesthetics. Behind every weave lies the TTR team’s absolute mastery of layup design, manufacturing precision, and material properties!
