StrongFirst 是由1998年在美國將壺鈴訓練帶領至新的格局 Pavel Tsatsouline創辦。

StrongFirst的講師來自各領域的菁英, 包含國際級的冠軍選手、冠軍選手的教練、菁英武術家、國家級團隊醫師及其他高端專業人才。
StrongFirst 的課程包含壺鈴 SFG（kettlebells）、槓鈴 SFL（barbells）、身體重量 SFB（bodyweight）等普遍的訓練原理加上使用不同的器材來強化力量表現，對重量訓練使用反向思考，將獨特獨有的專業知識透過書、影片、課程教學及測驗教導學員如何以快速、專注及安全的方式達到高水準的訓練。
