內容包含：

• 傳統武術中的身體運用
• 動作結構與反應訓練

不是健身房課程，也不是一般運動團課。

是一種在城市中的武術文化。

對傳統武術、東方身體文化、動作訓練有興趣的朋友，歡迎一起交流。

Interested in practical martial arts training that you can actually use?

SKF Open Class is now open for booking.
This is an open class for modern adults, combining traditional martial arts principles with functional body training to help improve physical ability, reaction, and self-protection awareness.

Led by Leon Chu, with nearly 30 years of continuous training in traditional martial arts and body development. He was invited twice to the French Consulate in Shanghai for cultural exchange.

The course draws from the core principles of Eight-Step Praying Mantis, Gao Style Bagua, and Shang Style Xingyi, adapted into training methods suitable for modern adults and practical real-life use.

What you will work on:

• Body reaction and coordination
• Power generation and movement use
• Distance awareness and timing
• Self-protection mindset
• Practical training for modern life

Perfect for complete beginners with no martial arts background.

這是給現代成年人的公開課，內容結合傳統武術核心訓練與現代身體建立方式，幫助你提升身體能力、反應能力，以及自我保護觀念。

由 Leon Chu 指導，近三十年持續投入傳統武術與身體訓練，曾兩度受上海法國領事館邀請入館交流。

課程內容萃取自八步螳螂拳、高氏八卦掌、尚氏形意拳等武學核心，並轉化為適合現代人學習與實際運用的訓練方式。

課程內容包含：

• 身體反應與協調
• 發力與動作使用
• 距離感與判斷能力
• 自我保護觀念
• 現代人適用的功夫訓練方式

特別適合沒有武術基礎、想從頭開始的人參加。
