After 15 years, I've learned that stunt training alone won’t protect you. Your ankles are your first defense. It's not just about jumping; it's about building the capacity to absorb impact.

Spend time on curbs, practice slow eccentric work, and master your calf tension. Bulletproof your joints to stay in the game long term. Safety isn't an accident — it's a discipline. 💪
