Had an incredible time coaching in Korea! 🇰🇷 The hospitality was a perfect blend of commitment and service like I’ve never experienced before. The athletes were an absolute pleasure to work with, and it was a coaching experience unlike any I’ve had. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to connect with the Korean community in such a cool way. Thank you, Korea, for the memories! 🙏

Life showed up in every way imaginable—during a pandemic and the Olympic Games. But this guy Darren Farfan guided me in a nontraditional yet life-changing way. I can't thank him enough for helping me show up as my best self.

I remember telling him I could picture us doing something unique together. Well, we did just that starting June 28th, 2024. I am so honored to be changing lives alongside you. Thank you for your courage and for coming into my life. We have only just begun our journey together.

Emotional Endurance has been born and is thriving beautifully. What happened on the weekend of the 28th at the Asa Wright Nature Centre HADCO EXPERIENCES was us being true to our calling. Together, we will create more opportunities for people to grow and live less stressful lives, free from anxiety and pressure.

I can't wait to host with you again, brother. ❤️‍🔥
