On the internet they tell you, starve yourself, DO NOT eat bread, rice or carbs on the whole, and only do cardio (especially for plus size women) in order to lose weight,

But here, I did the opposite, and Dianna Lost about 15lbs in her first month !

Her nutrition plans was not restrictive, and her sessions are built around compound lifts, THE BASICS….

Nothing fancy!

A lot of women think if they drastically cut their calories, they will lose weight,

When the reality is, you may lose weight in the earlies, but what will happen is, your metabolism will crash, your energy levels will drop, you will can’t perform well, and you feel like a hot mess.

And because of that, people tend to run back to their old eating habits, causing you to regain weight, times two.

The best way to approach weight loss, is to keep your daily caloric intake between 1800-2100 with a protein intake of 1 gram of protein per body weight or weight goal, (varies between individuals).

A lot of plus-sized women have been conditioned to believe fitness has to mean endless cardio, light machines, and “fat-burning” workouts.

I approach it differently.

With my plus-sized clients, I focus heavily on movement and compound exercises because they train multiple muscle groups at once, build real strength, improve mobility, increase overall calorie expenditure, and help women become stronger in everyday life — not just smaller on a scale.

Today’s session with two of my hardest-working clients was built around just four exercises:

• Barbell Squats
• Deadlifts
• Bench Press
• Military Press

And we finished with Farmer Walks.

Simple & Effective

You do not need 15 random exercises to get results. Sometimes the basics done consistently are the most powerful.

Squat. Hinge. Push. Carry. Move, and I’d also add in a row !

Stop underestimating your body.

The goal isn’t punishment — it’s becoming stronger, healthier, more confident, and more capable one workout at a time.

Most people overkill their back day.
They’re doing way too many of the same movement patterns and wondering why they’re not growing.

All you need is 3 back exercises:
1️⃣ One vertical pull (for width)
2️⃣ One (Wide Grip) horizontal pull (for upper back thickness )
3️⃣ One (Close Grip) horizontal pull (for middle and lower thickness)

Then finish with shrugs + rear delt flys.
That’s it.
Train smart.
Build a balanced back. 💪🏽
