Good Morning Club Members,
Just a reminder: club meeting at 6:30 pm today there are some updates to be made also our president has some information for us and gym session at 7:00 pm. Please make every effort to attend and you are kindly asked to be punctual.

Good Day Club Members,
Our gym session for Tuesday 14th has been brought forward to Monday 13th same time due to the fact that Tuesday is Valentine's Day and folks may have plans also there will be a meeting on Thursday at 6:30pm before we begin our gym session.
