If you want to build serious muscle you need to understand this one principle. 🎯
Compound movements first. Always.
Squats — hits your quads, hamstrings, glutes and core all at once. No single isolation exercise comes close to the muscle it builds.
Deadlifts — full posterior chain. Back, glutes, hamstrings, traps. The king of all movements.
Bench Press — chest, shoulders and triceps all working together under heavy load. Mass builder.
Overhead Press — shoulder size and strength that no lateral raise alone will ever give you.
Rows — the thickness in your back that makes your whole physique look complete.
Master these five first. Then and only then add your curls, your lateral raises, your cable work. Those are the finishing touches — not the foundation.
Start with compounds. Finish with accessories. That's the formula. 💪
