If you want to build serious muscle you need to understand this one principle. 🎯
Compound movements first. Always.
Squats — hits your quads, hamstrings, glutes and core all at once. No single isolation exercise comes close to the muscle it builds.
Deadlifts — full posterior chain. Back, glutes, hamstrings, traps. The king of all movements.
Bench Press — chest, shoulders and triceps all working together under heavy load. Mass builder.
Overhead Press — shoulder size and strength that no lateral raise alone will ever give you.
Rows — the thickness in your back that makes your whole physique look complete.
Master these five first. Then and only then add your curls, your lateral raises, your cable work. Those are the finishing touches — not the foundation.

Most people are failing at the basics and then blaming their genetics. Here's the truth —
#1 — Progressive Overload
Your muscles only grow when you give them a reason to. That means adding more weight, more reps, or more sets over time. If you're lifting the same weight you were lifting 3 months ago — nothing is changing. Push the bar. Literally.
#2 — Eat Enough
You cannot build a house without bricks. You cannot build muscle without food. Protein, carbs, healthy fats — your body needs fuel to grow. Undereating is one of the biggest reasons people train hard and see zero results.
#3 — Sleep & Recover
Here's what most people miss — muscle isn't built in the gym. It's built while you sleep. Your body repairs and grows during rest. 7 to 9 hours isn't a luxury. It's a requirement.

#1 — Bench Press
The king of all chest exercises. This is your mass builder. Flat, incline, barbell, dumbbell — doesn't matter. Load it up, control the rep, and feel every single inch of that press. This is where the thickness comes from.
#2 — Push Ups
Don't underestimate these. Push ups build chest endurance, improve your pressing strength and can be done anywhere with zero equipment. Master these and watch your bench press numbers climb too.
