Today, we celebrate 64 years of courage, resilience, achievement and the continuing journey of a nation that dares to aspire, achieve and move forward.

For the swimming community, Independence is more than a celebration of our flag. 🇹🇹 It is a reminder of what happens when we work together, push beyond our limits, embrace discipline and believe in what is possible.

Every lap teaches us something about life:
🏊🏽‍♀️ Perseverance — keep going, even when the finish feels far away.
🏊🏽‍♂️ Discipline — progress is built one stroke, one breath and one training session at a time.

Happy Father’s Day to the Dads of Our Aquatic Family!

Today, we honour the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who are always present at every training, wake up early for competitions, and cheer for our athletes each step of the way.

Your dedication, encouragement, sacrifices, and constant support help our swimmers develop not only as athletes but also as confident young individuals. Thank you for being their biggest fans, staunch supporters, and everyday heroes.

On behalf of Trinidad & Tobago Holistic Aquatics Academy and Torpedoes Swim Club, we wish you a day full of love, appreciation, and well-earned celebration.

🎥🌊 One Week Later… and We’re Still Smiling! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️✨

As we look back on the incredible moments from the Torpedoes Developmental Swim Meet, we are filled with gratitude and pride for everyone who helped make the event such a success.

From the excitement of the first race to the thrill of personal bests, medal presentations, cheering spectators, and unforgettable team spirit, this meet was a true celebration of swimming and community.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to all the swimmers, parents, coaches, officials, volunteers and spectators who supported the event. Your energy, dedication, and encouragement created an atmosphere that inspired athletes of all ages, from our youngest swimmers to our Masters competitors.

To our swimmers, thank you for your courage, determination, sportsmanship, and commitment to excellence. Every lap swum and every finish touched contributed to the success of this meet. 🏅

To our spectators and supporters, thank you for filling the venue with positive energy and enthusiasm. Your cheers from the stands made a difference in every race. 👏📣

As we close the chapter on this year’s Developmental Meet, we celebrate not just the results, but the friendships formed, lessons learned, and memories created. We look forward to seeing everyone back on deck for even bigger and better events in the future!
