Our Head Coach, LS Rodney Liverpool, recently took on the demanding Goliath Games 5K obstacle challenge, an event that pushed competitors physically and mentally through a series of grueling obstacles and endurance tests. 💪🏽🔥

Demonstrating resilience, determination and the never-give-up spirit that he instills in our athletes, LS Liverpool embraced the challenge head-on and crossed the finish line with pride. 🏅

His participation serves as a reminder that leadership is not only about coaching from the sidelines, it is about leading by example.
