ROLE

This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Customer Celebration! Representative at Sunshine ☀️ in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 with flexibility for remote work.

The Customer Celebration! Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, maintaining effective communication, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Communication skills.

Fluency in English is mandatory and Spanish is beneficial.

Wow.

When did that happen?

I remember struggling in business for so long.

I wanted to get to successful outcomes so much that I would push and push and push until I burned myself out.

I didn’t know what to focus on.

I didn’t understand how the people I worked with were different from me.

All I ever wanted was for us all to be wildly successful.

But I just didn’t know how to make that happen…

I had (and still have) so much further to develop as a Leader before I could lead anyone to success.

In fact, I had to learn to lead one person first.
