Man… today hit me right in the heart 🥺💛 My girls went and smashed their session this morning without me there. Still showed up. Still worked hard. Still had each other’s backs.

And yes before anyone comes for me 👀😂 I didn’t make it because ya girl turned 30 yesterday and was out here celebrating like I’m still 21 🤣🎉 But look at my team!!! They handled it like CHAMPS.

Most of them didn’t even know each other before I put them together… and now they’re out here uplifting one another, no one left behind, all love and support 😭🔥

I’m not gonna lie… knowing I’ll be gone soon makes me emotional. But seeing them keep going, proving this bond is real… that’s everything to me 🤍✨

This is women building women up whether we’ve known each other forever or just met through this little fitness journey of ours. I’m proud of them. I’m proud of us. This is sisterhood 💪👑
