Are you looking for a personal trainer to kickstart your fitness journey?

Right after Songkran and the burning season *hopefully* ending soon, I know everyone is itching to get out and move their bodies.

So, I am offering new clients a FREE intake session when you buy the 10-class package.

Let's set goals, achieve them with personal training, and work on form and strength. All fitness levels are welcome. My program focuses on strength, conditioning, and fat loss.

Train in Santitham with aircon and air purifiers.

In 2018 I opened this account as a Fitness/Lifestyle page. And even though I did not continue the page... I did continue the lifestyle.
Working out has been the most rewarding/grounding/elevating experience for me.

It brought me to a place during Covid-19 where I realised that I needed to do something with this passion, so I left the office and started working as a personal trainer/fitness coach in:
- Strength & Conditioning gym House of Champions Rotterdam surrounded by high performing athletes (Feyenoord football players, fighters (judo, kickboxing, MMA), tennis players and more) and being trained there by the best Raj Schreijnders.
I still miss working out with her!

- Sharkys Gym Rotterdam/Rivium. A Body Transformation focused gym which was very complete with amazing machines and the best motivational team. This team really taught me to not be scared of my own strength and transforming into a fitter version of myself.

2+ years later I decided to do what my heart’s been telling me even before I made this account. And that was moving to Chiang Mai. Dreams do come true sooner or later.

Also the reason I started this page again. In NL I only used my Instagram for business: (follow me). But apparently the rest of the world (and Chiang Mai) are still on Facebook.
