สโมสรขอขอบคุณ "โค้ชต้น" สุกฤษฎ์ โยธี สำหรับความมุ่งมั่น ทุ่มเท จากก้าวแรกสู่วันนี้ "โค้ชต้น" ได้ร่วมทุกข์ร่วมสุข เติบโต และสร้างประวัติศาสตร์มากมายร่วมกับครอบครัว หนองบัว พิชญ เอฟซี โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งกับการก้าวขึ้นมารับบทบาทหัวหน้าผู้ฝึกสอนตลอด 3 ฤดูกาลที่ผ่านมา โค้ชได้พิสูจน์ให้เห็นถึงความทุ่มเท เกียรติยศ และหัวใจที่สู้เพื่อศักดิ์ศรีของทัพ "พญาไก่ชน" อย่างแท้จริง
"โค้ชต้น" สุกฤษฎิ์ โยธี เริ่มต้นงานโค้ชในปี 2015-2019 ในบทบาทผู้ช่วยโค้ชทัพ "พญาไก่ชน" จนกระทั้งปี 2019 ได้โอกาสทำงานเป็นหัวหน้าโค้ชกับทีม หนองหาน ยูไนเต็ด(อุดร ยูฯ) ทีมในระดับ TA ก่อนพาทีมได้แชมป์ และเลื่อนชั้นสู่ ที4 ในปีเดียวกัน
ในฤดูกาล 2020/21 โดยโค้ชต้น พาทีมคว้าแชมป์ ไทยลีก 3 โซนอีสาน พร้อมผ่านเข้าไปเล่นรอบแชมเปี้ยนลีกในปีนั้น
จากนั้นปี 2022 ย้ายไปเป็นเฮดโค้ช ลำปาง เอฟซี ในศึกไทยลีก 2 และภายในปีเดียวทีมเลื่อนชั้นขึ้นสู่ลีกสูงสุดครั้งแรกในประวัติศาสตร์ ด้วยการชนะเพลย์ออฟคว้าตั๋ว ไทยลีก 1 ใบสุดท้าย
ด้วยผลงานและปรัชญาการทำทีมที่ชัดเจน ทางสโมสรหนองบัว พิชญ เอฟซี ได้ประกาศแต่งตั้งให้ โค้ชต้น กลับมาร่วมงานกับทัพ "พญาไก่ชน" อีกครั้ง ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าผู้ฝึกสอน เพื่อพาทีมลุยศึกไทยลีก 2 ในปี 2023/24 ก่อนโชว์ฟอร์มแกร่งพาทีมคว้ารองแชมป์ในปีนั้น ด้วยผลงาน ชนะ 22 เกม เสมอ 6 แพ้ 6 จาก 34 นัด ทะยานขึ้นสู่ลีกสูงสุดอีกครั้ง
ในขณะเดียวกัน หลังพาทีมไปไต่เต้าบนลีกสูงสุด ไทยลีก1 เส้นทางไม่สวยหรูเท่าไหร่นัก โค้ชต้น พาทีมอยู่ไปเพียงฤดูกาลเดียวเท่านั้น จบอันดับ14 ของตาราง ชนะ 6 เสมอ 9 แพ้ 15 จาก 30 นัด ก่อนจะตกชั้นลงมาเล่นบนไทยลีก2 ในปี 2025/26
มาในฤดูกาลที่เพิ่งจบไป "โค้ชต้น" พาทีมจบอันดับ 4 ของลีก จากการลงสนาม 34 นัด (ชนะ 16 เสมอ 6 แพ้ 12) เก็บได้ 54 แต้ม ยิงได้ 59 ประตู และเสีย 59 ประตู พร้อมทั้งพาทีมลุยศึกเพลย์ออฟอย่างสุดมันส์
โดยรอบรองชนะเลิศเฉือนชนะ โปลิศ เทโร สกอร์รวม 4-3 และสู้ยิบตาในรอบชิงชนะเลิศกับ ปัตตานี เอฟซี จนเสมอในเวลาสกอร์รวม 3-3 ก่อนจะพ่ายจุดโทษไปอย่างหวุดหวิด 5-4 แม้จะไปไม่ถึงฝั่งฝันในก้าวสุดท้าย
"โค้ชต้น" พิสูจน์ให้เห็นแล้วว่าสามารถสร้างทีมที่มี "DNA นักสู้" และพร้อมจะท้าชนกับทุกทีมในลีกได้อย่างสมศักดิ์ศรี แม้จะพ่ายแพ้ไปอย่างหวุดหวิดในก้าวสุดท้าย แต่รากฐาน และระบบทีมที่โค้ชต้นวางไว้ในฤดูกาลนี้ คือต้นทุนชั้นดีที่จะทำให้ทีมกลับมาแข็งแกร่งและน่ากลัวกว่าเดิมในฤดูกาลหน้าอย่างแน่นอน
แม้ในวันนี้เส้นทางจะเดินทางมาถึงจุดเปลี่ยน แต่ทุกความทรงจำ ผลงาน และความประทับใจจะยังคงอยู่กับพวกเราตลอดไป สโมสรและแฟนบอลทุกคนขออวยพรให้โค้ชต้นประสบความสำเร็จ ได้รับชัยชนะ โชคดีในเส้นทางสายฟุตบอลต่อไปในอนาคตและจะคอยเป็นกำลังใจให้โค้ชเสมอ

FAREWELL | COACH TON
The club would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to Coach Ton, Sukrit Yothee, for his unwavering commitment and dedication throughout his journey with Nongbua Pitchaya FC.
From the very first day until now, Coach Ton has shared both the highs and lows with the club, growing together and creating countless memorable moments with the “Phaya Kai Chon” family. Most notably, over the past 3 seasons as head coach, he has demonstrated tremendous passion, professionalism, and a fighting spirit that truly embodied the pride and identity of the club.
Coach Ton began his coaching career with Nongbua Pitchaya FC as an assistant coach from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, he was appointed head coach of Nonghan United (Udon United) in the Thailand Amateur League, leading the team to the championship and promotion to Thai League 4 in the same year.
During the season 2020/21, he guided the club to the Thai League 3 Northeastern Region title and secured a place in the Champions League stage.
In 2022, Coach Ton took charge of Lampang FC in Thai League 2 and within the same year he led the club to its first-ever promotion to the Thai league 1 after winning the playoff and claiming the final Thai League 1 ticket.
Recognizing his achievements and clear football philosophy, Nongbua Pitchaya FC brought Coach Ton back to the club as head coach for the 2023/24 season. He led the team to a second-place finish in Thai League 2, recording 22 wins, 6 draws, and 6 defeats from 34 matches, earning promotion back to the top division once again.
Competing in Thai League 1 proved to be a challenging campaign. In the 2024/25 season, Coach Ton guided the team to 14th place with 6 wins, 9 draws, and 15 losses from 30 matches, resulting in relegation back to Thai League 2.
In the recently concluded 2025/26 season, Coach Ton led the team to a fourth-place finish with 54 points from 34 matches (16 wins, 6 draws, and 12 losses), scoring 59 goals and conceding 59. He also steered the team into an exciting promotion playoff campaign.
Nongbua Pitchaya edged Police Tero FC 4-3 on aggregate in the semi-finals before producing a valiant performance against Pattani FC in the final. After finishing level 3-3 on aggregate, the team suffered a heartbreaking 5-4 defeat in the penalty shootout, falling just short of promotion.
Throughout his tenure, Coach Ton proved his ability to build a team with a true “fighter’s DNA” a side capable of competing with any opponent with pride and determination. Although the ultimate dream was not realized, the foundation and structure he established this season will undoubtedly serve as a valuable platform for the club to return stronger and even more formidable in the future.
While our paths may now diverge, the memories, achievements, and pride we shared together will remain with us forever.
