Collaborating - Co-creating - Co delivering Trainings for Team Benefits - while connecting your regional APAC leaders...- another valuable client experience and investment by Hansen Beck for Sennheiser - our global partner!
We had the enormous pleasure to be invited by Petteri Murto, VP Sales and marketing of Sennheiser Business Communications APAC and by Praveen Chandola, Global Talent Manager and Regional Manager HR APAC/ME at Sennheiser to design and deliver a two day training to connect their APAC Sales Leadership Team and to align and further develop the team's behavioural self-awareness, leadership styles, influencing skills, people development approach and to boost sales and business effectiveness processes.
Insights Discovery is the preferred tool to create behavioural self- and team-awareness, both for Hansen Beck as well as for Sennheiser. Praveen is himself a very experienced certified Insights Discovery practitioner, so he would take the team through this valuable experience,
Marc Deschamps of Hansen Beck Southeast Asia would then complement and build on the learnings with the other learning units agreed for this customized team learning experience.
But hold on - Marc and Praveen connected and decided that since both the Insights and Hansen Beck programs are fully synergistic, why not co-create and co-deliver both programs as one fully integrated flow over the two days. And that is exactly what we did with the leader's full support. Thank you Petteri Murto,

"Giving back" is an important concept at Hansen Beck and our MD for Southeast Asia Mathias Reindl was delighted to contribute to the learning of the young and dynamic staff of Rhenus Logistics in Bangkok. Around 30 employees joined Rhenus' "Lunch & Learn" session in May 2024 to get valuable insight into the importance of a positive mindset and influencing successfully self and others,
Mathias fulfilled his 3 promises made at the beginning of the session:

1. Participants would learn something highly valuable for their life

2. Participants would leave wanting to know more about the topic

3. Participants had FUN - because with fun, we really learn.

All good things come in threes!
What a true proverb indeed.
One definition I found was: "If a fortunate event has already occurred twice, a third fortunate event is likely to occur".
And that is exactly what Marc Deschamps was looking forward to when our valued client Noel Kim, the MD of Nutreco Asia invited us to moderate another highly
