I am currently living and training in Thailand, not offering paid instruction or personal training services. My focus over the past 14 months has been intensive study with the Kru Muay Thai Association to further my knowledge of Muay Boran (Prajao Seur Style), language study, and daily training in various Kai Muay (camps) to fully absorb the art and cultural aspects. 🧘‍♂️ Body Awareness & The Internal Armor ❤

This is a "Body Awareness" meditation I have built in my App. I recommend practicing this in the mornings or evenings for 10 minutes.
I have shared it here for you.

The Practice:

Incorporate "Box Breathing" throughout the session:

• 4 seconds: Deep breath in (expand the belly)

• 4 seconds: Hold

• 4 seconds: Breath out

• 4 seconds: Hold

• Repeat for the duration of the meditation.

This collection of traditional Sak Yant I have put together shown here represent more than just art; they are symbols of protection, strength, and mental composure—qualities we cultivate through breath and body awareness. Just as these ancient scripts were intended to shield the practitioner, mastering your breath shields your mind from stress.

"Where focus goes, energy flows."

Use this practice any time you feel stressed or need to clear your mind. It is a powerful way to tap into your subconscious when you are looking for solutions or epiphanies.

His legacy endures as a powerful role model, not only for Muay Thai, but for the very soul of Thai culture. He embodies the core belief to always stand for truth and goodness, to protect family and country, and to live by the fundamental values of truth, loyalty, and a dedication to helping others.
