🧘♂️ Body Awareness & The Internal Armor ❤
This is a "Body Awareness" meditation I have built in my App. I recommend practicing this in the mornings or evenings for 10 minutes.
I have shared it here for you.
The Practice:
Incorporate "Box Breathing" throughout the session:
• 4 seconds: Deep breath in (expand the belly)
• 4 seconds: Hold
• 4 seconds: Breath out
• 4 seconds: Hold
• Repeat for the duration of the meditation.
This collection of traditional Sak Yant I have put together shown here represent more than just art; they are symbols of protection, strength, and mental composure—qualities we cultivate through breath and body awareness. Just as these ancient scripts were intended to shield the practitioner, mastering your breath shields your mind from stress.

Use this practice any time you feel stressed or need to clear your mind. It is a powerful way to tap into your subconscious when you are looking for solutions or epiphanies.
