About Coach Steve – Steve was born in the USA in 1962, the Year of The Tiger, into a military family. The martial discipline he was raised with became a foundation on the “can do” attitude he brought to all situations as he became a very goal oriented individual. He went to University, graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) got a good paying job with a $20B dollar Fortune 100 company and started his advance up the corporate ladder, becoming a Director by age 28 with over 1500 employees. He marked the achievement with a red Porsche 911 and never looked back. His ascent continued. In 1996 Steve became the COO of a joint US/Korean venture and quickly built the business from zero to more than $50M within a short time. This was his introduction to Asia.

“During this period, I continued to Coach people in the areas of business and personal development, becoming quite effective at helping people to change their lives. The next 5 years were spent working in a variety of Asian countries, learning the differences in cultures and eventually moving to Thailand full time. Having achieved millionaire status by then I semi-retired, built my dream home on a golf course and was able to be home and see my son grow for the first 5 years. I became an avid golfer driving my handicap down to low single digits and even caddied for a professional golfer on the Asian Tour.
